Map Maker error

When I open Map Maker from Network Performance Monitor V7. I have a error message : Run-Time error '430' Class does not support Automation or does not support expected. I think it's error of Microsoft Data Access Componets. So that I reinstall mdac but don't fix error yet. Following I reinstall all Network Performance Monitor V7. But don't open Map Maker yet.
Can you help me fix this problem. Thanks a lot.
