I have been re-vamping some policies and procedures internally. As folks are unmanaging items (regardless of whether it is a node, interface or application) I have been having them enter a Reason for that. I am telling them that a ticket must be present to unmanage a device (outside of patching).
This works absolutely perfectly for Nodes. Here's a screenshot of what my report looks like (obfuscated system captions and IPs)
While this report uses Phoenix time (our local time), it uses UTC
by default and those columns are still present and can be used. I exported by report definition if you find it helpful (remove the .txt extension at the end).
However, I have been trying to do the same thing for applications and for the life of me, I cannot locate the appropriate columns. I'm certain that I'm just missing them - but can anybody point me in the right direction?
