Intelligent Maps - How do you handle multiple physical devices that are virtually one?

Question

With Network Atlas it was easy enough to make a dummy object for two physical devices that act as one virtual device.  I can't seem to find a solution with i'm happy with in the new maps.  Anyone have any suggestions or ways that they're happy with besides importing both physical devices?

Well, unless you have the HA device managed via an OOB interface, its probably not going to be managed well.  That does depend on the brand and how they implement it though.    If you do manage it through an OOB interface, you can always add the connections manually if they don't show up?  Not sure how useful it is though.

More like an HA setup where there are two physical devices but only "one" virtual device.  We want both of them on the map so we can lay out the physical topology. It's easy enough in Atlas, but i feel like these web gui maps really strip out a lot of functionality for simplicity.

Hmm…   Do you mean one physical device that is split into multiple virtual devices?   Or something like a firewall redundancy HA setup where you have two physical devices where only one is active at any given time?

No idea on either, but a bit confused as to what you're really asking about?
