I booked Austin the day it became available. I went to the one last year in Houston. It was great to have the one-on-one access to product managers. However, I do miss the SWUGs. The world tours are great for getting an overview of SolarWinds overall strategies and where it is headed. But I miss the deep dives into the bowels of the product you get with the SWUG meetings.
