I have downloaded solar winds SFTP/SCP server free version on my system. May I know if we can use this free version application in our organization for a single user account. Will there be any concern related to this?

As Solarwinds SFTP/SCP Server is free tool it can be used in your organization without licensing issues, but unlike paid alternatives such as Serv-U, SolarWinds does not provide support for its free tools.
