Create email alert for checkpoint VPN tunnel state for UnDP poller

Hi Team,

We have created UnDP poller for checkpoint VPN tunnel and for that we need to send an email alert whether the VPN tunnel is down or up.

Please help how to create an alerts and to send email notifications to the recipients. Thanks

Step-by-step:

Go to Settings → Manage Alerts
Click Add New Alert
Alert Name:
Checkpoint VPN Tunnel Status Alert

Alert Type:
Select Custom alert
I want to alert on:
Universal Device Poller Status
Conditions:
Example when tunnel is DOWN:

Trigger Action:

Click Add Action → Send an Email/Page
Email Recipients:

Email Subject
ALERT: VPN Tunnel Down - ${N=SwisEntity;M=Caption}
Email Body (Highly Recommended Tokens):
VPN Tunnel Status Alert

Node: ${N=SwisEntity;M=Caption}
IP Address: ${N=SwisEntity;M=IP_Address}
Tunnel Name: ${N=UniversalDevicePollers;M=PollerName}
Current Status: ${N=UniversalDevicePollers;M=Status}
