Hi everyone, I have problem when I upgrade SolarWinds NPM, NTA, APE to version 2026.1.1. After then I run configuration wizard successfully. And then my Additional Polling Engine all server has status down. The SolarWinds Orion Module Engine in all APE Server change status auto to down even though I change to start this service. Is there a way to solve this problem?
Check the health of the license store on the main polling engine. Go to Settings>License Manager and make sure that the licenses are correct and activated.
I had almost the same problem. Since version 2026.1 you must have port 17734 enabled in APEs for "features gathering" or something similar. Even if you run Config Wizard successfully, APEs will keep Down unless you enable this port. Let me know if you could solve this problem changing that
