Tripplite nodes report Critical after update to 2026.1.1

Question

I have found after updating to the Platform 2026.1.1 nearly all of our Tripplite SNMP nodes are now in a critical state.

I can ping the node from the Poller.  I have tested SNMP strings with success.  If I change the Polling method to ICMP then back to SNMP it changes to green again.

Is anyone else seeing this?  I saw something about tweaking a firewall port to 17333 something but, I have not done any of that yet.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Thank you for the response bmrad.  I read that article as well.  I can confirm I can change my nodes to ICMP and they work.  I want to use SNMP to see more that just a ping.  I also don't find the "Optional" workaround to be acceptable.  I only have a single poller.

I have created a Tech Support case as well to see if SW has any better suggestions.  Maybe roll back to the previous release.
