Top 10 process of a Node not listing the processes though included in the alert rule trigger action

I have followed the steps and added an action with External program execution with the below command:

APM\SolarWinds.APM.RealTimeProcessPoller.exe -n=${NodeID} -alert=${N=Alerting;M=AlertDefID} -alertId=${N=Alerting;M=AlertID}

When simulated, administration permissions, then approved in Actions table, under ActionID record. After approval also, still getting the below error.

"Action Execute program : High CPU Utilization_Top 10 Processes was not approved by administrator"

In the next escalate action configured email to send. Included the below along with other details. But still did not get the top 10 processes.

${N=Alerting;M=Notes}

Also, required the commandline output in the Top 10 processes details.
