NCM Approval for Network Sonar Discovery

Can we use the NCM Approval function to require a Network Sonar Discovery to be approved before it runs? I don't believe so, but want to ask.

To the best of my knowledge, NO. (You can't link NCM Approval function with Network Sonar Discovery).

Unless you come up with something very tricky which I can only think of (I am not sure if this is even possible but just a weird thought):

1. Create a jump server (say linux one for example). Deploy scripts on that server which will use an API call to SolarWinds to create a network sonar discovery.
2. Use NCM Approval function to call a custom template which triggers the script from the jump server.
