Log Analyzer alerts do not trigger

I am on SWOSH 2025.4.3 EA and I have a Syslog rule setup that feeds into an alert. The Rule fires when it should, but I never get an alert. I thought maybe I needed to Approve the email action, so I did that in the Actions table. But, still no emails. Am I missing saomething? Thanks.

we have rule condition and rule action have you created rule action.

If you click on the active alert, you should get to the "Active Alert Details" page. There you have a widget called "history…." There you can see if the actions for the alert have been triggered:

There is also a log for the alert actions on the solarwinds server, C:\programdata\solarwinds\logs\orion\alertactions.log (something, don't remember the exact name)

i think correct path is

C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\ActionExecutionAlert.log
