SolarWinds NPM 2020.2.6 Hotfix 5 Download

Hi Team,

We are currently running NPM 2020.2.6 and require the standalone hotfix installer to address issues with Meraki API polling.

Since Meraki has deprecated API v0, we need to apply Hotfix 5 (which includes the HF3 updates for Meraki API v1 compatibility) to restore connectivity with our Meraki dashboard.

Could you please provide the direct download link or guidance on getting the hotfix installer ?

I am not sure if you will be able to get it anywhere, EOL for this version was some time back.

Due to current infrastructure limitations, we cannot perform a version upgrade at this time. We are operating on Windows Server 2012 R2 with NPM 2020.2.6 HF3 and MS SQL Server 2014. We require a hotfix for this specific environment to address the current monitoring issues. Please help us download the installation for this hotfix.

As Vinay.By says, that version is not available anymore and not supported.

If you are under an active support contract you could reach out to support to either get a download link or discuss what versions that you might be able to upgrade to.

In view of the active support contract currently in place, could a download link for the required version [ NPM 2020.2.6 HF5 ] will be provided by support ?

As that version has been End-of-Life for almost two years, there is a big chance support can't provide that file to you. But that is your best option.

End-of-life means that: "SolarWinds will no longer provide technical support"

Same goes with your Windows and SQL environment, they are EOL from Microsoft.
