Squadcast™ joined the SolarWinds family last year, and since then, we’ve been working behind the scenes to integrate Squadcast into the SolarWinds® suite of products. Today, we’re thrilled to announce an upcoming milestone: Phase 1 of the SolarWinds Incident Response rebranding will soon be arriving.
In this first phase, we’re focusing on our new identity. You’ll soon see the SolarWinds Incident Response name and logo taking center stage across our web and mobile apps.
Here’s what to look out for in the weeks:
- Web URLs: You will start seeing SolarWinds branded web addresses in your browser
- Web App: You’ll soon notice the SolarWinds logo in the top navigation bar
- Mobile App: The app icon is getting a new look—keep an eye out for the SolarWinds logo on your home screen so you can jump into action fast
A note on your existing links:
We’re making this transition as seamless as possible.
You’ll begin seeing the new branded URLs in your browser. However, your existing Squadcast URLs, bookmarks, workflows, and integrations will continue to function without disruption. Redirects will be handled automatically behind the scenes, so no action is required on your end.
Updating your bookmarks to the new URLs is optional. Once we’re officially live, we’ll share the final URLs with everyone.
Additionally, your API endpoints and Webhook URLs will remain unchanged.
Phase 2 and beyond:
In the next phase, we’ll be rolling out a full visual alignment with refreshed color palettes and styling that fits right in with the SolarWinds ecosystem. We’ll give you a heads-up before those cosmetic changes land.
While the "coat of paint" is new, the engine under the hood is the same one you trust. Your data, workflows, and favorite features aren’t going anywhere. Our top priority will always be your experience.
