Chart/Graph

I have created a poller (using Universal Device Poller) for my UPSs that give the temp from a probe connected to the UPS. I can see this chart when I view the node. I would like to create a chart or graph that would show the temp for all my UPSs (about 20). Would be great if I could easily change the time frame from daily, weekly, monthly. I am not sure if this is a performance analysis or report or other. I have had SW for a while, but haven't really dug in too deep yet.
