Microsoft Office 365 Teams SAM Template getting "[ERROR] The remote server..."

Hi Everyone,

Just want to ask if everyone is also having the same error message below when using Microsoft Office Teams template in SAM just today starting at 6AM SGT:

[ERROR] The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

As per checking, no changes or modification done on the template.
