Modern Dashboard to show Color Coded Status for Servers

I have been asked to replicate a dashboard from a legacy monitoring tool using a modern dashboard. The legacy version has simple blocks for each server, which change colors based on status. Each site has it's own group of server icons, which provides an easy to read status of the servers. I've attached a screenshot of an example. Can anyone help me with this?

Looks like there is some custom components used in that legacy view.

One option you can use in the built in modern dashboards is the Proportional widget. Then it can look something like this:
