Cisco CUCM backup not working via SFTP/SCP

Our Cisco CUCM scheduled backups run via SFTP/SCP tool is not working Error Reason : Unable to access SFTP server, Please ensure the username and password are correct. Credentials have not changed, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
