Alert if all devices in a certain custom property goes down.

We have like 100 different sites. I was going to create a group to put each site into and have an alert that will fire if all of those devices in that group go down.

Is this the right way to go about this? I really do not want to create 100s of group for this alert.

Hi

you can create a grup , based on a dynamic condition to add all nodes, and next set tha status of your group based on best condition - it will be down only when all nodes are down.
After, you'll create an alert for that group , which will trigger when this group is down

Or

more simple:

you can create and alert , using advanced criteria
First you filter your nodes based on your custom property value ( location)
and next based on status the alert will trigger only when a specific number of nodes will be down ( in my pic 100 )
