Why is my custom table not listing all the neighbor changes that we receive alerts on?

I created a custom table to monitor the EIGRP, BGP and OSPF neighbor changes within our network. We have alerts set up to add a database entry and send an email when a neighbor relationship changes, both dropping and restoring their neighbor relationships. The issue is that not all neighbor change that we receive alerts on are showing up in the custom table that was created.

You will notice not all of the neighbor changes show up in the custom table. I verified that the devices listed in alerts are configured in to monitor EIGRP, BGP and OSPF.
