Last Login Query

I am looking for information on the reporting around last login to a guest

I can find no information on the requirements for the query to work and it always comes back blank.

When you refer to a "guest" do you mean client, account, or virtual machine?

I mean Virtual Machine, there are reports for last login, but nothing ever comes up in them.

Is the VM a Windows client? Are you able to query AD and get the info you need?
