MFA for Windows Server Discovery and Polling

We have some Windows Active Directory domains we support that are going to use multi-factor authentication in the near future. It will require a number from a phone app and a captcha for people to log into servers.

We need to know how this will affect SolarWinds discovery and polling on Windows servers using WMI, since a domain account is used by SolarWinds to discover the Windows servers.

Would we need to switch to using agents?
