SDWAN Interface Change Alerts via SQL

Hello, I am trying to setup a custom alert that will trigger when an SDWAN interface (polled via API) changes from Active to anything else while node is managed and that change persists for longer than 15 minutes.

I am not well versed in sql. I cannot modify the sql select statement in custom trigger, so I am not sure how to accomplish this using the table I need. I've added a screenshot of the SWIS query showing the status I want to trigger on.

Nevermind, I was able to trigger using this:

SELECT Nodes.Caption, Nodes.NodeID FROM Nodes
WHERE NodeID IN (SELECT NodeID FROM [dbo].[SdWan_Nodes_Interfaces] WHERE Status = 2)
