My Core Switch is down even though I added the Switch

Hi Team,

Anyone in the team will assist me I try to add the Core OT switch into the SolarWinds Dashboard but the routing is not there Firewall rule is in place we have three Firewall for more security I checked all the Policy for the firewall but I don't see it's blocking but when I do the traceroute it get failed

Map out the path that Solarwinds needs to take to reach the switch. Check each section of the path to make sure that solarwinds has access to the core switch. If that all looks fine, check for ACL's on the core switch that may be denying Solarwinds access.
