Garbage text and button missing.

I am running SolarWinds 2025.2.1 and noticed that on some pages like the Firmware Repository, the text has extra characters in Chrome Vs Edge. Also the add button is not shown on either even though my account is admin.

I am trying to add a bin file, but since I added it manually into the folder the hash is not shown and fails when creating a job to update the firmware.

Can you share some pictures on what characters that differs between Chrome and Edge?

Ok, not just extra characters. The menu is all wrong. But I see more things, you are missing imaged but in header and footer. In both browsers.

A Ctrl+F5 in any browser solves many issues. Maybe not here but try.

And you have this on several pages? Is it only you or does your colleges have the same symptoms?

Did you try clearing cache and cookies, if not clear everything and then login fresh and check. Or any new company policy which was pushed onto your browser settings ?

Did you install any new extensions/plugins on your browser?

If these basic checks are already performed another thing that I can think of is running config wizard on the server which hosts IIS be it your primary or additional websites (in case you have them).

If none of these work then we might have to dig in a bit more on the root cause, as well check if these files still exist on your SolarWinds Server (I mean the images that load onto the website).
