Solarwinds Upgradation from version 2025.2.0 to latest version

Hi Team,

We are gonna update SolarWinds from 2025.2.0 to latest version, In need you to assist me what is upgradation path from the existing version to latest one. In addition to that, the latest version is stable or not.

As of now, the latest version is 2025.4.2. You can go directly from 2025.2.0 to 2025.4.2.

Just run the upgrade.

I would say that this version is stable and working fine.

Hi,

For taking node backup configuration in SolarWinds(NCM), SSH read privilege enough or we need write privilege.

For using NCM to take a backup of a devices configuration, you need an account that is allowed to READ the configuration only.
