Backing up Aruba Switch

Hi,

I have an Aruba 5412r that I'm trying to back up via CatTool but it keeps failing. This is the error I'm getting.

When you SSH to the switch there is a message of the day banner and then it says 'Press any key to continue' and then once you press something it drops you down into # mode. Any ideas?
