When did you first see this error ? Is it post windows patching ? If yes make sure you reboot your SolarWinds windows servers after patching.

You can do it by as well restarting the required SolarWinds Servers but then if can reboot your SolarWinds once in a month post patching that would keep your application healthy as well.

The error first experience 01 December 2025 , i rebooted the server still not solution

Where did you see that error message? Have you checked the log file for that specific business layer? Might show more intel

Are you using the VNQM Module?

I have seen this on multiple installations but it has not affected anyone who is not using the VNQM Module.

Unfortunately I have not seen this on an installation where VNQM is in use, so I had the "need" to investigate further.
