Fragmented Indexes with Few Nodes Monitored After Deploying Hosted Platform

Hi SolarWinds Community,

We recently deployed a hosted platform and started monitoring a few nodes. However, we are noticing that the indexes are becoming fragmented even with this small number of monitored nodes.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could there be a specific configuration or setup that we might be missing which is causing this fragmentation? Any insights, recommendations, or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
