Thwack account change in HCO

Hello Folks,

Today I had to change my Thwack account password. Now I can't access the polls and templates posted on Thwack in HCO.
I can't find the menu item where I can enter my Thwack account in HCO. We are using the on-prem version of HCO.
Please let me know where this menu item is!

To the right in the "all settings" page, I have a "log out" button. Can you use that one and log in again later with correct credentials?
