CPU and Memory at High Levels for a Term of 1 Hour

I am looking at creating a new alert for Windows Systems that the CPU or Memory is at a level of 90% for over an hour. I have one that I have already created but looking to be triggering to much. What are people using for this and what table are you using?

I'd probably use the Orion.CPULoad table? Has both CPU and memory. Should be simple to do a query to look at the last hours worth, looks like it polls every 10 minutes. Just have to decide what value to use? Min/Max/Avg for each? For memory they have %, but for CPU they do it by Load.

Just playing, but you'd be looking at something like this?

SELECT TOP 100 NodeID, AVG(MAxLoad) AS MyMaxLoad, AVG(PeakPercentMemoryUsed) AS MyMaxPeakMem

FROM Orion.CPULoadWHERE (DateTime > AddHour(-1, GetDate()))

GROUP BY NodeID
