Can Autosplit use local time rather than UTC?

I figured out how to use autosplit to create hourly log files in NG but is uses UTC time. Can this be changed to use local time?

unfortunately there is no option to change this behaviour. I've already reached out to the support and created a service request:

Log to file with daily log file rotation does not synch with local timezone - THWACK
