Trend with CPU's process load

Hi Forum, can you direct me on how to create a powershell script to retrieve the top 5 processes by CPU load? Ideally I'm searching to have a statistics by time of these infos to compare them with CPU load generic graphic. My idea is to create a template and assign it to the windows node.

Sample: the attachment graphic in which I'd like to know when the CPU load was higher which processes contributed to that state.

Hi, I'm using the following Windows Powershell Script:

Ottieni i 5 processi con maggiore utilizzo CPU

$topProcesses = Get-Process | Sort-Object CPU -Descending | Select-Object -First 5

Prepara l'output per SolarWinds

foreach ($proc in $topProcesses) {
Write-Host "Statistic.$($proc.ProcessName)=$([math]::Round($proc.CPU,2))"
Write-Host "Message.$($proc.ProcessName)=PID: $($proc.Id), CPU: $([math]::Round($proc.CPU,2)) sec"
}

exit 0

Unfortunately it always says:

Initial poll in progress.

and the component status is unknown

Fighting to let this script working, any help is really appreciated.
