Trouble downloading TFTP server

I am trying to download TFTP Server from here: https://www.solarwinds.com/free-tools/free-tftp-server/registration . I fill out the information and click "Proceed to free download", but then the screen gets stuck and doesn't continue the download. I've tried multiple times over multiple days and am still having this problem.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Any ideas on what to do?

Seems to be working for me.
After the registration there is another window popping up with a question. After that you get the download button. I have sent you the link in a PM here also.
