Alert on duplicate DNS A records

We have some multi-homed servers (1 NIC only has gateway, Do Not Register flag check on secondary NICs) but 2 of these servers are creating duplicate A records in DNS. How can I setup an alert for these duplicates while we work through the issue? Example of what I'm seeing in DNS

System-1 Host (A) 10.10.10.10 (Primary NIC)

System-1 Host (A) 10.10.11.10 (this would be NIC 2)

Below query give you all A-records that exist more than once. Unfortunately for you in this case, some records should exist more than once. So this will give you alot of false alerts.

Also, not sure how to implement this on an alert-rule.
