I don't want to receive emails for Video Card but I can't find a way to ignore them. I know I can duplicate the HW Inventory profile but I was hoping to still monitor it but just not receive emails about it.

As far as I'm aware, with SCM, you either monitor a component or you don't. There is no way to ignore specific components on a server so that they aren't alerted on at the Server HW Inventory level, similar to how you can turn off the status change for interfaces, volumes, nodes etc.
However, you may be able to add an exclusion at the alert level so that it alerts on everything WHERE Component != "Video Card" for example.
Assuming you are using the out-of-the-box or similar SCM alerts, here is an example trigger condition for the out-of-the-box alert "Server configuration item has changed"
Because the alert is event based I am unsure if it honours the second condition, but it is worth a shot.
