New Teams Webhook Support
For Teams integrations, Microsoft is ending support for their traditional connector-based webhook URL in favor of a webflow-based webhook URL. Microsoft has provided interim support for a new connector-based webhook, which they have indicated will terminate at the end of 2025.
DPA now supports both the interim connector-based webhook as well as the new webflow-based webhook, and provides in-product messaging if you have configured Contacts with either the interim or legacy webhook. DPA's REST API has also been updated to return in error if attempting to assign a legacy webhook to a contact.
Keystore Management
DPA now includes a keystore management page that enables you to connect to DPA with a custom, encrypted SSL certificate. On the Options page, administrators can use the Keystore Management link to specify the location of the custom keystore containing a certificate and keystore password.
