What's the cost for each tier? Every day provides a link, but not this one. Hard to answer a question about value without knowing the cost.
If you need help, Deployment Services is a good alternative. If you love working on your own and reviewing the documentation, it is readily available.
Without being able to check the costs it is hard to say if it is value for money.
