After an engaging session in June, we’re returning to the virtual SolarWinds User Group one last time this year on August 6th.
This updated format is designed for busy IT professionals who want the value of a SWUG without the full-day commitment. It’s shorter, more focused, and packed with insights you can put to use right away. Whether you joined us in June or this is your first time, the final SWUG of 2025 is your chance to connect with the community and sharpen your skills before the year ends.
We’ll kick things off with a keynote from our Community Manager, followed by the main event “Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Rewired: From Chaos to Clarity”, with SolarWinds Technical Evangelist @kekline and THWACK MVP @m_roberts, who will lead a conversation on evolving RCA practices. Learn how to cut through the noise, get to the heart of issues faster, and bring clarity to your troubleshooting process.
Once the session wraps, the conversation continues. Our networking rooms will open, and they are fully public for this edition. You can move freely between topics, ask questions, or listen in. Connect directly with product experts, fellow attendees, and longtime members of the THWACK community.
