call was Successful, but the mos with 0.0?

could any one tell me why i have a call was Successful, but the mos with 0.0??? anything wrong?

#1731 call to #1715 one time get MOS 4.5 but one time get 0.0, I would like to know what happen...

there are many same issue in my VQNM...
