I only want critical alerts in an email. Other alerts can just be on a dashboard.
IT is email with a mix of the all of the above. I truly want to look more at webhooks with something like slack or teams. Let the support personnel subscribe to the channels to get the relevant alerts to them and they can chat inside the channel then. Honestly, it is also a last ditch effort to stop teammates from creating an email rule to send to alerts to that special place...
