While installing this hotfix while on a call with tech support diagnosing a UDT issue, our server was brought down saying I didn't have sufficient privileges to add a user to the NTA database. This server was up and running and all the database users are already created, so not sure why it was trying to do that in the first place, but we thought it was due to the users I had in place to work with the database didn't have "sa" privilege. I've since found out this wasn't true.
My dba's showed me log snippets where it shows the actual "sa" user trying to log in. I've never used the "sa" user, always a different user with "sa" privileges. So not sure why it is trying to use it.
Waiting on a fix from the techs, have opened up a new case on this.
But, I'd recommend if you have NTA and don't use the database user named "sa", you might want to wait on installing this one!
