I'm just concerned in general. Like, about everything.
I'm concerned about all security equally, whether cloud or on-prem (healthcare).
I can't connect to the cloud today anyhow so more concerned with on prem.
Cloud is just someone else's computer that you can't see or physically touch.On-prem will always be the preferred for security, ease of maintenance during crisis, and monitoring.Cloud has pros but the cons outweigh them.
The issue is not security itself, but whether you know HOW to provision security properly in your cloud environment. This extends to things like understanding HOW you to optimize your usage to lower costs, and if you have the resources (knowledge, experience, time) to properly deploy and maintain those cloud resources. All the security in the world will not help if your Admin password is password.... Or you lock out your users or data flows because of an unusual security setting that was tripped in production.
Availability. In an ICS/OT operating environment even minor glitches in availability could be life/death related. On premise & air gapped gives me the most control on that.
