When increasing the privileges of the applet, it cannot start on behalf of the "system" in the Russian version of Windows.
In the English version, everything works well
in this case, it is impossible to use your product with the Russian version of Windows.
We really liked the product but because of this bug we can’t use it like all companies using the Russian version of windows
