We aggregate all requests from both applications and then forward them to our InfoSec team as phishing attempts. We submit the requesting users to additional security training. This in turn provides the necessary traffic and workload for InfoSec to request a bigger budget and new toys.
I say emailing IS staff directly rather than through the official system counts in this case, so I am officially saying 3 - Teams channels, official tickets, and then directly calling staff even though they have been given the explanation of why tickets are so important for everyone.
