LOG FORWARDER 2012 server DOES NOT FORWARD EVENTS

We are using windows Server 2012 Standard version for Windows log forwarder but logs are not coming on Kiwi Syslog Server 9.6

Does a Wireshark capture show the messages reaching the Kiwi Syslog server? Also does a Wireshark capture show the messages leaving the system where Log Forwarder is installed?

No message showing on wireshark, we have installed log forwarder on kiwi syslog server but messages are coming,

we want to test on local kiwi syslog server but not working. you may find attached snap
