Would love to see you guys come to South Wales, or anywhere in South central England would work - be so much easier for me than London.
Brisbane, Australia!
This right here. Nobody outside London likes going into London.
Would like to see a SWUG in the South East... Orlando, FL. Charleston, SC. Atlanta, GA. Raleigh, NC. or the Triangle.
Cincinnati, Ohio
Chicago, Illinois
I am attending the Austin SWUG!!
Northeast. Metro NY/NJ would be great!!
I'm heading to Phoenix, but any mountain destination for future ones would be cool... PNW, Colorado... Let's do an outdoor one at Yosemite !
Come to the actual city of Chicago, not one of those godforsaken suburbs an hour away.
Columbia, SC or Charlotte, NC (even Raleigh, NC or Augusta, GA).
Boise, ID!
Denver, Co
Canada
Leeds or Manchester UK would be cool.
Indianapolis, Indiana
All registered for the 3rd Phoenix SWUG!!! Can't wait the last ones were some of the biggest SWUG's ever!
Bill
I lived in Loveland and Montgomery Ohio for years then went to school in Columbus at OSU and Franklin University. Kinda miss the leaves colors in Fall but don't miss the winters!
Houston, TX
Tulsa, Oklahoma
Milwaukee, WI or Appleton/Green Bay.
Something near San Francisco would be nice.
Hoping to make the Phoenix one
Would love one in Chicago, or Indianapolis... maybe during the month of May in Indy?
Montreal QC or Toronto ON, Canada
Hampton Roads, VA
Norfolk, VA
In the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
Portland, Oregon.
Canada or maybe in space!
I've been pushing for Cardiff myself, but "I'm only one man!" he cried into the abyss,
I want to go there for purely personal reasons.... Doctor Who and Torchwood.
We've been to Chicago before - at the Loyola campus if I'm remembering correctly. The energy was amazing and Chicago is only of my favorite towns. If we go back - someone please save me a hot Italian beef. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
Atlanta has been one of frequent haunts in the past and as much as I like the town, I feel like we are ignoring the Carolinas.
I've been pushing for somewhere in the Baltimore area just because it's easy to get to by train from pretty much anything in the northeast while still being manageable for people in DC, northern VA, and parts of western/central PA.
We did Denver once. It was a good time, but I want to see more of the mountains.
We were once at Loyola college. Is that downtown? Depends how you classify "downtown." If we'd go inside the loop, we might have to charge a fee to attend and that's something we want to avoid at all costs.
Carolinas for the win! Beach vacations, friendly people, South of the Border.
Yellowknife?
Loved the last time we went to Denver. Would love to go again, but should we look at another close location? We don't always like to play favorites.
Can we schedule it so it coincides with GenCon? Then I'm defo there!
We've done the "big" three in Texas over the years: Austin, Dallas, and Houston. My next vote is for Sparenberg, TX... for reasons.
See previous comment about Yellowknife.
All joking aside - where specifically. I've been told Canada is a big place, but Ottawa, Vancouver, Toronto (been done), PEI, somewhere I'm missing?
In July or August, right? Us Texans (and former Texans) can't handle the cold, we don't own winter coats, and shovels are only used to dislodge stubborn roots.
Closest we've gotten in the past was Sacramento (yeah, I know that's not 'close'). But technically La Jolla and San Diego are "close" unless you need to drive between the two.
I'd love that! Keep us posted and we'll put you to work.... but in the nicest way possible.
We've done Toronto in April before. It was chilly.
I'd love to get to Montreal. I've heard great things about the architecture and the food scene. You got any recommendations?
I want the program to go to the mid-Atlantic at some point soon. People in Texas don't always understand how the geography of the original thirteen and that you can go three states in three hours.
Personally, I've been a fan of Baltimore because it's got plane and train hookups that are easy for most people that are in the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and all parts up and down the I-95 corridor.
We went to Portland a number of years ago and the town blew me away. I'd love to get back and see it again.
I think I'd wait for August for Indiana... for reasons.
