On-Demand Classes have been helpful to me for both new and old products.
I have taken quite a few on-demand classes from the Customer Portal. I like that they add new content pretty much every month. Some of the training is good some not so much. They ask survey questions after you complete a course (complete section of videos) and it seems like they make minor improvements based on comments I've made in the past. The only downside is I don't get THWACK points for completing the "On-Demand" training. Your get emails saying you completed training and fill out surveys like you do for formal boot camps and training, but you don't get the perks of earning THWACK points. I can't complain though. As a beginner with SolarWinds, the training has been helpful and worth it for me personally.

There needs to be a, Somewhat helpful option. I have found some of the training really helpful and others not so much.
I guess I should take some classes - never know what I have missed .. It has been so much fun and pretty simple on my own!!
