People are too locked in their siloed ways even if we had a tool.

It has been my experience with the majority of individuals with whom I come in contact, no matter how advanced the tools there is an obvious barrier to moving forward in automation or greater integration.

"New tools reduce the importance of and dependency upon MY skills. Therefore, I will not authorize incorporating these new methods/tools over the tried and true processes I may control in my day to day tasking."

Our DBs use a tool called Spotlight but I have no idea what features it has.
