Orion to EOC Map converter v1.5 keeps failing to connect for me. Is anyone else experiencing the same? I have EOC v1.6.1 and NPM v11.
Issue If you run the Orion to EOC Map Converter utility as a user that has account limitations for any Orion servers, it fails even if you try to import maps from a server for which the user does not have account limitations. Workaround Close the map converter utility, and then edit the user in EOC so only the Orion servers for which it does not have account limitations are selected: Log into the EOC web console as an administrator. Click Settings. Click Manage Accounts. Select the account you want to edit, and then click Edit. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit User form, and then clear the checkbox for any Orion server for which the user has account limitations. Click Update User. After you update the user, reopen the map converter utility and try importing your maps again.
