I use SEM. It's a SolarWinds product, but it's not Orion, Service Desk, Web Help Desk, or either of the Dameware products.

I'm an Application Administrator so I live pretty much in Orion, SAM, and a tiny bit of NCM. Our technical services team does use the Dameware Mini Remote Control for remoting into machines for support issues - I'm not sure if that's part of Dameware Remote Support or if it's an older application?
What, if any, of the listed SolarWinds products do you currently use?
I miss Dameware Remote Support from a previous job. It was so smooth to set up and pass credentials.
I find that SolarWinds products are very proficient and productive .
